With the aspiration of bringing curative drug therapies and visionary healthcare solutions to patients worldwide, Mr. Mauvernay is President of Après-demain, the parent company of Debiopharm, a Swiss, privately owned, biopharmaceutical company founded by his father over 40 years ago. Debiopharm, with 15 ongoing drug research programs, has developed two blockbuster therapies for cancer patients, oxaliplatin and triptorelin, along with a potential 3rd Head & Neck Cancer drug currently in phase III development with an international partner. Après-demain invests in a variety of industries including companies impacting sustainable energy, education, food, services to individuals with real estate, via 30+ direct investments in companies as well as LP investments in more than 100 funds globally. In addition, Mr. Mauvernay is also Chairman of the investment committee of Debiopharm Innovation Fund, backed by his experience as an entrepreneur in the international cosmetics industry before joining his family’s drug development business and asset diversification activities. His educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics and Marketing along with an MBA from the 'Institut d'Administration des Entreprises'.

Ms Le Coz Sanchez obtained a Master’s degree at the University of Paris-La Sorbonne in 1998: DESS "Information and technical decisions in the company". She completed her training by becoming a CFA® charter holder. Ms Le Coz Sanchez previously worked in various large multinational companies where she was responsible for planning, forecasting and budgeting. She joined the capital management team of Après-demain in May 2010 as a financial analyst. Between 2012 and 2020, she led the Private Equity activities as part of the investment diversification strategy. She was a member of the board of directors for various portfolio companies and of certain fund advisory boards. In 2021, she was appointed General Secretary of the Capital Management division of Après-demain, then Vice President Capital Management in 2023.

Dr. Ducrey received his Diploma of Pharmacy from the School of Pharmacy of Lausanne University, Switzerland in 1990 and then obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1995. In the same he joined Debiopharm Research & Manufacturing SA as Pharmaceutical Project Manager. He then spent two years at Debiopharm as Innovative Formulation Manager. In 2004, he returned to Debiopharm Research & Manufacturing to head the company as Chief Executive Officer until 2011. Since 2012, Dr. Ducrey heads Debiopharm as CEO. In 2020, he became Senior Vice President of the Life Science Division of Après-demain.

Ms. Métayer is an entrepreneur, corporate director, and advisor to boards of directors and CEOs, recognized for her expertise with family businesses and long-term shareholders. She earned an MBA and a Drs. degree from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands in 1991, and further completed executive education programs in governance and artificial intelligence strategy at Sciences Po Paris, Harvard Business School, and Berkeley. After holding strategy positions at McKinsey & Company and CAE, Ms. Métayer founded Competia in 1998, a consulting firm specialized in strategic intelligence in contexts of transformation and accelerated growth. She works specifically with family businesses on governance, succession, international expansion, and business model evolution. She has also been an adjunct professor at McGill University since 2006. Ms. Métayer has served on the boards of family businesses across three continents since 2010.

Dr. Claude Bertrand is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over 30 years of experience in R&D and international operations. He holds a Pharm. D. and a PhD from the University of Strasbourg, with postdoctoral training at the University of California, San Francisco. Specializing in immunopharmacology and neurogenic inflammation, he has held strategic leadership roles within international healthcare companies, including Novartis, Roche, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Ipsen. He joined Servier in 2017 and is serving as Executive Vice President of R&D overseeing the entire drug discovery and development lifecycle. He has played a key role in Servier’s transformation, contributing to the strengthening of its oncology leadership and the development of a neurology franchise. His expertise spans diverse therapeutic areas, including oncology, neurology, respiratory, and inflammatory diseases. Actively engaged in the French and international health innovation ecosystem, Dr. Bertrand contributes to fostering dialogue between academia, biotechnology companies, and industry. A corresponding member of the French National Academy of Pharmacy, he has served as President of ARIIS, Vice President of MEDICEN, independent board member of several Biotechs such as Abivax and joined the Board of Directors of the Paris Santé Cancer Cluster (PSCC) in November 2023, as well as the board of "Après-demain" in 2026.
