Mr. Beth is a graduate of École Polytechnique Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He started his career as a strategy/management consultant (Altior & Roland Berger). Subsequently, he was in charge of investments at Elaïs, MML Capital and AtriA where he played a key role in the completion, monitoring and divestiture of various investments in French SMEs. Mr. Beth joined the Après-demain team in 2019 as a Private Equity Manager. He became Director of the Private Assets Department beginning of 2021.

M. Da Costa holds an engineering degree and an MS in Finance from NEOMA BS (Paris). He started his career as a financial analyst at Sanofi, then became an auditor in treasury and capital markets at KPMG in Paris, La Défense. In 2020, he joined ArchiMed, an investment company specialized in the healthcare sector, as a Middle Office financial analyst. Mr. Da Costa's experience spans a wide range of sectors, particularly in energy and corporate finance. Curious and eager to evolve, he also pursued the ACCF program at HEC Paris. Mr. Da Costa joined the team of Après-Demain in 2021 as a Private Equity Analyst.

Mr. Youssef is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen. After various professional experiences in Switzerland, notably in the Investment Division at Cargill and in venture capital within a family office, Mr. Youssef joined the team of Après-demain in 2025 as a Private Equity Analyst.

With the aspiration of bringing curative drug therapies and visionary healthcare solutions to patients worldwide, Mr. Mauvernay is President of Après-demain, the parent company of Debiopharm, a Swiss, privately owned, biopharmaceutical company founded by his father over 40 years ago. Debiopharm, with 15 ongoing drug research programs, has developed two blockbuster therapies for cancer patients, oxaliplatin and triptorelin, along with a potential 3rd Head & Neck Cancer drug currently in phase III development with an international partner. Après-demain invests in a variety of industries including companies impacting sustainable energy, education, food, services to individuals with real estate, via 30+ direct investments in companies as well as LP investments in more than 100 funds globally. In addition, Mr. Mauvernay is also Chairman of the investment committee of Debiopharm Innovation Fund, backed by his experience as an entrepreneur in the international cosmetics industry before joining his family’s drug development business and asset diversification activities. His educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics and Marketing along with an MBA from the 'Institut d'Administration des Entreprises'.

Ms Le Coz Sanchez obtained a Master’s degree at the University of Paris-La Sorbonne in 1998: DESS "Information and technical decisions in the company". She completed her training by becoming a CFA® charter holder. Ms Le Coz Sanchez previously worked in various large multinational companies where she was responsible for planning, forecasting and budgeting. She joined the capital management team of Après-demain in May 2010 as a financial analyst. Between 2012 and 2020, she led the Private Equity activities as part of the investment diversification strategy. She was a member of the board of directors for various portfolio companies and of certain fund advisory boards. In 2021, she was appointed General Secretary of the Capital Management division of Après-demain, then Vice President Capital Management in 2023.

Christian Petit is a member of the executive board of SwissCleanTech and an Advisor to start-ups and scale-ups in Switzerland. He was CEO of the Romande Energie Group from 2019 to the end of 2024. He previously spent 17 years at Swisscom, including 10 years in the group management as head of private customers and then head of corporate customers. He was also an independent company director between 2017 and 2019. Christian Petit has a degree in economics, MBA from ESSEC (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales, France). He also completed the Program for Executive Development (PED), Leadership, IMD, Lausanne.

Matthieu van der Elst is Chief Impact Officer within the Cathay Capital Group, dedicated at identifying ESG impact concrete axes within the Cathay portfolio companies as well as leading a VC fund dedicated to support innovative companies combining digital, tech and impact at scale. Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Matthieu van der Elst was CEO of Michelin Ventures, the Venture Capital arm for the Michelin Group, which he founded in 2015 with the goal of identifying, understanding and supporting startups developing sustainable innovative technologies and new business models in the materials, manufacturing and mobility arena. Matthieu joined the Michelin Group in 2008 to head several functions throughout France, China and globally. Previously, he spent 12 years as a consultant, for PWC and WPP among others, always with a focus on strategy and innovation
