With the aspiration of bringing curative drug therapies and visionary healthcare solutions to patients worldwide, Mr. Mauvernay is President of Après-demain, the parent company of Debiopharm, a Swiss, privately owned, biopharmaceutical company founded by his father over 40 years ago. Debiopharm, with 15 ongoing drug research programs, has developed two blockbuster therapies for cancer patients, oxaliplatin and triptorelin, along with a potential 3rd Head & Neck Cancer drug currently in phase III development with an international partner. Après-demain invests in a variety of industries including companies impacting sustainable energy, education, food, services to individuals with real estate, via 30+ direct investments in companies as well as LP investments in more than 100 funds globally. In addition, Mr. Mauvernay is also Chairman of the investment committee of Debiopharm Innovation Fund, backed by his experience as an entrepreneur in the international cosmetics industry before joining his family’s drug development business and asset diversification activities. His educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics and Marketing along with an MBA from the 'Institut d'Administration des Entreprises'.

Ms Le Coz Sanchez obtained a Master’s degree at the University of Paris-La Sorbonne in 1998: DESS "Information and technical decisions in the company". She completed her training by becoming a CFA® charter holder. Ms Le Coz Sanchez previously worked in various large multinational companies where she was responsible for planning, forecasting and budgeting. She joined the capital management team of Après-demain in May 2010 as a financial analyst. Between 2012 and 2020, she led the Private Equity activities as part of the investment diversification strategy. She was a member of the board of directors for various portfolio companies and of certain fund advisory boards. In 2021, she was appointed General Secretary of the Capital Management division of Après-demain, then Vice President Capital Management in 2023.

Mr. Deflon is a graduate of Neoma Business School (MS in Management). He began his career in 1996 at the head office of Alcatel Alsthom in financial control, project financing and M&A before joining major strategy consulting companies (KPMG then Gemini Consulting) in the telecom, media and technology sectors in early 2000s. In 2004, he founded his own consulting company to serve major players in the sector - telecom operators, media groups, investment banks and Private Equity funds - across the overall investment life cycle: from strategy and business planning through transaction and commercial due diligence to post-merger integration and turn-around. In the course of transactions, he was able to exercise his responsibilities as CFO and COO of Swiss technology SMEs. Mr. Deflon joined the Private Equity team of Après-demain at the end of 2015 to source, execute and manage investments in Swiss SMEs. He is on the board of directors for several portfolio companies in Switzerland.

Mr Jacquot is a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and holds a Federal Marketing Technician Certificate. After serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for the hotel chain Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, he joined the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry. His 16 years at Coca-Cola led him to assume various management positions in Channel Marketing, Retail Management, Key Accounting and Sales Management. On the strength of these experiences, he was entrusted with the management of change as Change Manager Retail for the global network of boutiques within the Chopard family business, then as Retail Director for France, Belgium and Monaco. Before joining the Impact Healthcare SA team, Mr Jacquot was Director of the Geneva subsidiary of Senevita Casa, the Swiss leader in homecare. Responsible for the largest private homecare organisation (OSAD) in Switzerland in terms of the number of patients and employees, he has been confronted with the many challenges that characterise the health professions in general and personal care in particular.
